“Is it coming or going?”

Bowlegs are one of the middle forms of evolution, representing a unique way of catching prey. They get their name from the awkward way that they move, with their legs bending inward instead of outward, resembling a bow-shape. While their gait is uneven, it also makes them hard not to stare at. They look like an eyeless lizard with a head at both ends, and many insect-like legs. Their skin is a mottle of blue and yellow.

Combat

Bowlegs enter combat when they choose. They are smart enough to run when out matched and are much more adapt at moving through their terrain than their pursuers.

Tongue Strike (Ex): A Bowleg may attack with its tongue, striking an opponent 10 ft away and dealing 1d2 points of damage on a successful touch attack.

Fascinating Walk (Ex): A Bowleg’s movement is mesmerizing, and most who see them do not take them seriously. All who see a Bowlegs walk must make a Will save (DC 14) to see the charade for what it really is. A Bowleg gets a free attack against one opponent that has failed their save. After it attacks, no further attempts to play its victims may be made.

Ecology

Bowlegs eat anything they can reach with their long tongues and are constantly feeding on flies and other small insects around them.
