You nic away at your targets deffences leading the way for the real attack.
At-Will  Martial, Weapon
Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] damage + Strength modifier damage, and the next attack against that target gets a +2 bonus to attack and damage.
Miss: Your next attack against that target gets a +1 bonus to attack and damage.
Increase damage to 2[W] + strength modifier damage, and the bonus to attack and damage to 4.
