The power of the black widow is in your spider's fang.
Daily  Arachane, Weapon
Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Special: When you charge, you can use this power in place of a melee basic attack.
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 3[W] + 2[B] + Dexterity modifier damage, and the target is immobilized (save ends). If the target succeeds on its saving throw, it is slowed (save ends). Saving throws against these effects take a -5 penalty.
Miss: Half damage, and the target is slowed (save ends). Saving throws against this effect take a -5 penalty.
