You deal your foe a powerful strike that sinks into his flesh.
Daily  Arachane, Weapon
Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Special: When you charge, you can use this power in place of a melee basic attack.
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 2[W] + 1[B] + Dexterity modifier damage, and the target takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls until the end the encounter.
Miss: Half damage, and the target takes a -1 penalty to attack rolls until the end of the encounter.
