At-Will  Arachane, Weapon
Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Target: One creature
Special: When you charge, you can use this power in place of a basic melee attack. You can also move 2 squares before the attack.
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity modifier damage.
Increase damage to 2[W] + Dexterity modifier at 21st level.
