The Curse of Many Babies (5e Curse)
From D&D Wiki
The Curse of Many Babies
Effects
This curse is inflicted when someone disrespects a pregnant mother, small child, or otherwise bring harm to children. The severity of this is roughly to the extent of leaving a group of orphans in a dangerous situation, not protecting an elementary school from being robbed, or calling a pregnant woman fat.
Upon obtaining this curse, the recipient will hear light nursery rhymes coming from seemingly no direction, only for it to fade after a couple minutes. This leads into stage 1.
Stage 1: For the next 1d4 + 1 days, this person will see at least one new baby each day, whether in a mother's arms or alone on the road. Babies appearing this way are very friendly and act as though they know the person. If the curse is not lifted in this time, enter stage 2.
Stage 2: For the 1d6 + 2 days, babies begin appearing more frequently, about 5 in a day, more often alone than with parental figures. These babies are very attached to the person and will even cry if separated from them. If the curse is not lifted in this time, enter stage 3.
Stage 3: Until the curse is lifted, the person is practically bombarded with babies. Upon waking up they might be covered in them from head to toe. The babies seem to come out of nowhere now and refuse to let go. If in this stage for longer than 2 days, the babies become hostile and gain the below stats:
Hostile Baby
Tiny humanoid, unaligned Armor Class 10
Senses passive Perception 10
ACTIONSBite. Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage.
