Evasion. If the disc or anyone riding it is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, the target instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails.

Horrifying Presence. Each creature that starts its turn within 60 feet of the disc other than a fiend or the disc's rider that can hear the disc must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of its next turn. A creature that fails its save by 5 or more gains a short-term madness and a creature that fails by 10 or more gains a long-term madness.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The disc makes three attacks with its blades.

Blades. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (3d12 + 9) slashing damage.

Psychic Scream (Recharge 5-6). The disc emits a piercing cry audible out to 60 feet. Each creature in that area other than a fiend or the disc's rider must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, taking 65 (10d12) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

REACTIONS

Counterspell. If the disc or its rider is targeted by a spell, the disc can cast counterspell as a 5th-level spell, using Intelligence as its spellcasting ability.
