Adrenaline Rush

On your turn, you can trigger a rush of adrenaline within yourself (no action required). The burst of adrenaline changes your Strength and Dexterity scores to 25, if they are not already higher, until the start of your next turn. Once you have used this feat, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
