Transformation. A Titan shifter can transform into a Titan, in this case, the Armored Titan. When the Titan shifter in human (or humanoid) form has a purpose in his heart and damages himself, he or she shifts into a Titan. The Titan forms out of air and manifests in seconds. The shifter's Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores stay the same (the ones in the stat block are from the Reiner, the shifter from Attack on Titan). Once the Titan shifter wants to revert back to humanoid form, he or she will pop out of the Titan's nape, and the body will slowly melt into steam.

Curse of Ymir. 13 years after they first gains their powers, the Titan shifter will die.

Siege Monster. The Armored Titan deals double damage to objects and structures.

Regeneration. The armored Titan recovers 20 hit points at the start of each of its turns, and 10 to the person inside the Titan. If the Armored Titan takes any form of damage to the nape of its neck, this trait doesn't function at the start of the Armored Titan's next turn. The Armored Titan only dies if the person inside dies.

Weak Point. The nape of the Armored Titan's neck is a weak point. An attack which specifically targets the Armored Titan's nape deals damage to the person inside (has 60 hp in the nape). If the person inside dies, the Armored Titan is destroyed. You must climb up the Armored Titan to the nape with a Melee attack, or you can try to shoot it with a ranged weapon at disadvantage.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The Armored Titan makes two punch attacks.

Punch. Melee Weapon Attack. +13 to hit, reach 20 ft, one target. Hit: 52 (8d10 +8) bludgeoning damage and the target must make a DC 20 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. On a failed save, the target is also pushed up to 10 feet away from the armored titan.

Charge (Recharge 5-6). If the Armored Titan runs at least 50 feet in one direction at something, it can make a body slam attack. +16 to hit. Hit: 74 (12d10 +8) bludgeoning damage, and the target gets knocked prone.

The Armored Titan stands 17 meters tall, and has short, white hair. It's skin resembles a muscular, male build, with a shiny gold on red color scheme. The Armored Titan's eyes glow a goldish white color, and his feet are a little smaller than your average car. From a distance, the Armored Titan might resemble a football player. His head seems a little to small for his body, probably a result of the Armored Titan having a short neck.

Made to be used in The Walls (Attack on Titan) campaign setting.

2,000 years ago, the founder of the Titans, Ymir Fritz, died. Her powers were split into 9 powers, one of them being the Armored Titan. It was passed down throughout the Eldian empire until the Marley empire took over the world and stole seven of the nine Titans, including the Armored Titan. 100 years later, it was passed down to Reiner Braun, an Eldian Warrior cadet living in the Liberio internment zone. Wanting to be a free citizen of Marley and not be persecuted for his Eldian blood, he joined the Warrior program, well aware that it would get him killed 13 years later. He just wanted to bring pride to his family. During his Warrior training, he was known for his outspoken loyalty to the Marley government and would gladly renounce the 'sins' of his ancestors in an attempt to appear better suited for a Titan power than his comrades. He eventually did inherit the Armored Titan, but only because the number one Warrior, Marcel, secretly praised him with the Marley authorities so his brother wouldn't get a Titan and live a full life.

As a child, Reiner was cowardly and weak, but determined to get what he wanted. As he got the Armored Titan, he realized that he couldn't afford to be weak anymore. He started acting more and more like his friend Marcel so he could improve himself. Eventually, Marcel, Annie, and Bertold were sent to Paradis island to recover the Founding Titan. On the way, they were attacked by a mindless Titan, and Marcel gave his life to save Reiner. Reiner became so traumatized by this that he started to adopt Marcel's personality as they went undercover in the Eldian territory. He was like this for so long that when he and Bertolt revealed their identities, Reiner started suffering from split personality disorder and didn't know if he was the weak Warrior Reiner or the strong, Marcel-like soldier Reiner.

Even though it may appear strong, the Armored Titan is actually one of the weakest Titans. When there are no other Titan's to fight it, normal humans can't stop it, because nothing from a Titan-piercing blade to a cannonball can pierce his armor. But when matched with almost any other Titan, they all have at least one way of breaching the armor.

Variant Trait: Skin Hardening

This is a trait that all Titanshifters can learn through practice. What it does is essentially harden the skin so that only adamantine and heavy-impact weapons could break through it. As an action or reaction, the Armored Titan can turn a portion of their skin into hardened Titan skin, an almost indestructible material that weighs next to nothing more. When used, it remains for one minute before dissipating. This feature can only be used once per titan shift. If a hand is hardened, the Punch attack deals double damage. Increase the Armored Titan's Challenge rating by one if this feature is used.

Alternatively, if the Armored Titan shifter has ingested the armor serum, this ability can be used to create hardened tendrils from the body of the titan in order to create near-indestructable structures. As an action, the Armored Titan's can make it's entire body become frozen in the hardened skin and cannot move (except for the nape). For every round following this one, the Armored Titan can create up to 50 cubic feet of hardened Titan skin structures, so long as it all connects and can support itself. This can be done for the next minute, and remains even if the Titanshifter leaves the nape of the titan. If this feature is used, increase the challenge rating of the Armored Titan by another 1.
