Wand, rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster) This chiseled marble wand is tipped with two humanoid fingers, one on each end. A ring can be placed on each finger. While you hold the wand, you benefit from its rings as if you were wearing them, and you have a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls for each magic ring worn by the wand. If a ring worn by the wand requires attunement, it doesn't count against your maximum item attunements. |
