Armor (shield), rare (requires attunement (for gorgon scare only)) This shield has the real face of Medusa fused into it. The aegis shield has the properties of a +1 shield, and the wielder is immune to being petrified. These properties do not require attunement. Gorgon Scare. As an action, you may unleash a wave of horrifying energy at a creature within 30 feet of you. The creature must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of you for 1 minute. They may repeat the saving throw at the end of their turn, and if they succeed, they are immune to this effect for 24 hours. |
