Commander (5e Subclass)
From D&D Wiki
Commander
Fighter Subclass
A commander is always at the front of battle, leading his allies in a powerful charge against his enemies. A commander has total control over the battle and can guide his allies to strike perfectly.
- Eagle Eye
At 3rd level, you learn how to read the battlefield like a book. You develop a certain radius around you. You know where enemies and allies are that are not hidden and within 15 feet of you. Enemies within your radius cannot hide or do so at disadvantage. Using this knowledge, you can use the help action as a bonus action on any ally against any enemy within your radius rather than 5 feet. At 5th level, the radius increases to 25 feet and at 12th level it increases to 35 feet
- Checkmate
At 7th level, you gain the ability to direct allies to attack, letting them follow your lead. As an action, you can make an attack as normal. Any ally within 5 feet of the same target or within your radius may make a single melee or ranged attack each, made with advantage. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your charisma modifier. When you finish a long rest, you regain all expended uses.
- Rallying Standard
You stand as an epitome of power and grace. At 10th level, allies within your Eagle Eye radius gain a bonus to hit equal to your charisma bonus. Additionally, allies within your radius that possess similar aura abilities, like a paladins aura of courage, extend to equal the area of your radius if it is less. Also the any aura that stops when the user is unconscious will now include you as well.
- Commanders Authority
Your authoritative control of the battlefield allows you to control the field in your vicinity. The area of your radius is considered difficult terrain for enemies. If they move more than 5 feet when in your radius, they provoke an opportunity attack from any ally within your radius, rather than 5 feet
- Battalion Formation
Your actions inspire others. At 18th level, whenever you make an action such as attacking or moving, you can inspire allies within your radius to make a reaction to repeat your action if possible.
