Camus is an ancient nation of the Old World. It, along with Tyrakia and Sarateo, was one of the Three Kingdoms who ruled all of the Old World when it was in a state of pangaea.

Governance

Camus was essentially a monarchy, but with institutional checks in place. The governing body of Camus was known as the Camutian Triumvirate. The three triumvirs were color coded: Gold for the king, blue for the aristocracy, and violet for the scholars. Whilst the king handed the central affairs of the army and money, the aristocracy had some power over economy, as well as a lot of say in social matters. The scholars included the Church of Valia, who was one of the main patrons of Camus.
