This amount increases by +1 at level 7 (+2), level 15 (+3), and level 20 (+4). You can do this a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier.

You can make a dragon of opposing alignment make a Wisdom saving throw against your spellcasting DC or become frightened of you. This effect lasts for one minute.

You can use this feature twice per long rest.

The colour of these wings is based on the alignment you are, and they match up with the dragon with the same alignment as you. Once you summon the wings, they become temporarily attached to your clothes or armour. The wings have a 15 foot flight speed. The effect lasts for one minute.

You can use this feature once per long rest. At level 15, you gain one additional use per long rest.

Dragon's Breath

At 7th level, you gain the ability to breathe the element of your dragon. The breath attack is based on your wing colour. When the breath attack is used, it does 3d8 damage of your element. This number increases to 5d8 when level 20 is reached.

You gain the actions, resistances, immunities and weaknesses of the dragon, but you can’t use any of your gear. The effect lasts for one hour.

2. You become a Dragon Lord. Dragons, when they come within eye contact with you, must make a Charisma saving throw (DC 20). If they succeed, they are not affected, but if they fail then they are loyal to you. They will follow any command and must be treated with respect. You make this check once an hour to maintain control.

You can activate this feature once per long rest.
