Trampling Charge. If the entelodont moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a slam attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the entelodont can make one hooves or bite attack against it as a bonus action.

Also known as "hell pigs," entelodonts are massive, stocky, cloven-hooved predators with muscular shoulders and enormous jaws. These beasts are terribly scarred and the smell of rotten meat, but the only thing worse than their appearance is their attitude. They bowl their opponents over with a strong shoulder tackle and rip them limb from limb with their massive powerful jaws and teeth. While omnivorous in biology, entelodonts are carnivorous by nature and are far from above scavenging.
