A deerachnid is a strange creature that somewhat resembles a deer with eight legs that end in sharp blades. The deerachnid is most well known for its constant shrieking, a sound so horrible that it drives most of its predators away, leaving the creature to feed on grasses and ground plants. Those that can endure the noise are ensnared within a web launched from the creature's mouth, giving the deerachnid time to flee. |
