Wand of Paracusia (5e Equipment)

Wand, rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster) This has the appearance of a felt tipped drum mallet and has arcane characters along one side that say "Wand of Paracusia" and has 10 charges. To be activated, you must knock it on a hard surface and maintain concentration on the beat. Once activated, you cause all targets within 200 feet of the wand, or all targets within one room to believe they hear drum beats. The duration of the illusion is however long you can maintain concentration. The sound causes all targets to have disadvantage for attack rolls while spell is in effect.
