Golden Eyes
A elven man runs in the forest a pair wolves flanking him on both sides. He is part of their pack.
A human woman close her eyes and reaches out her mind to reach the wolves in the wilds around the city.
Golden Howl
Golden Eyes is sorta like a cross between a ranger and a druid, with a little berserker sprinkled into it, though based around wolves only. The person with this class becomes more wild embracing the animalistic side of his or her personality. The Golden Eyes risk losing themselves to this animalistic side.
Creating a Golden Eyes
Now think about who makes up your character, what is their background? How did they end up as a Golden Eyes? Was it something they were born into? is his or her family Golden Eyes and trained you into it. Was it something they is discovering later in life. Did enjoy cooking and follow this path in ways many did not?
What made them start adventuring? Did they decide to do this for the next thrill? Was is by pure chance you were in the wrong place at the right time? Are you looking for something existential or personal? All these questions are lead to better understanding your character and their motivations.
It can be hard to find good backgrounds for an Golden Eyes. Outlander will be the most widely applicable background. Hermit may be chosen if left civiation to discover one's wild side without putting others in danger. A noble background could be chosen for how well educated lords and ladies can be discover his or her more wild side. Let your Creativity will be your best guide for your background.
- Quick Build
You can make an Golden Eyes quickly by following these suggestions. First, Constitution should be your highest ability score, followed by Wisdom and Dexterity. Choose the Guild Outlander background. Choose Nature, Investigation, and Survival as your skills. Choose a pick and Explorer's Pack for your starting equipment in addition to anything granted by your background.
Class Features
As a Golden Eyes you gain the following class features.

Hit Dice: 1d10 per Golden Eyes level
Hit Points at 1st Level: 10 + Constitution modifier
Hit Points at Higher Levels: 1d10 (or 6) + Constitution modifier per Golden Eyes level after 1st

Weapons: Simple Weapons
Tools: Cartographer’s Tools, Leatherworker’s Tools
Saving Throws: Constitution, Wisdom
Skills: Choose four from Athletics, Acrobatics, Stealth, Nature, Animal Handling, Medicine, Perception, Survival, and Intimidation
- Equipment
You start with the following equipment, in addition to the equipment granted by your background:
- (a) a hand axe, light hammer or (b) knife, Any two simple weapons
- Leather Armor or Studded Leather
- (a) Explorer's Pack or (b) A Cook’s utensils
- If you are using starting wealth, you have 4d4 x 10 gp in funds.

Wolf’s Eyes
At 1st level, Golden Eyes, eyes are turning yellow and seem to shine in lower light. The Golden Eyes get Darkvision out to 60 feet.
Wolf’s Dream
At 1st level, When asleep the Golden Eyes do not dream normally, their mind enter the Plane of Dreams. He or she can travel this plane. Here the Golden Eyes can join and speak with any wolves that are asleep as well.
Wild Points
At 1st level, a Golden Eyes has a number of Wild Points equal to their Wis Modifier (minimum 1) + their Golden Eyes level. When the the Golden Eyes reach 0 Wild Points the Golden Eyes lose their Humanity (I use humanity here but in truth it lose the civil mind leaving them a savage animal like, in this case becoming more like a wolf). When the Wild Points reach 0 the Golden Eyes roll 1d6 - your Wis Modifier, The number you get is how many hours your trapped in this wild form.
- How Does Golden Eyes Lose Wild Points
- When a Golden Eyes Rage it removes 1 Wild Point.
- When a Golden Eyes take Psychic Damage it removes 1 Wild Point.
- When a Golden Eyes fails a Wisdom Saving Throw removes 1 Wild Point.
- When a Golden Eyes loses 50% of his or her HP in one attack removes 1 Wild Point.
- When a Golden Eyes gains Exhaustion level removes 1 Wild Point.
- When a Golden Eyes is feared removes 1 Wild Point.
- When a Golden Eyes is magically charmed removes 1 Wild Point.
- How Does Golden Eyes Gain Wild Points
- Completing a short or long rest: Upon completion or a short or long rest, the Golden Eyes regains all spent wild points.
- Critical Hit in Melee: Each time the Golden Eyes scores a Critical Hit with a Melee attack, they regain 1 Wild point.
- Killing Blow with a Melee: When the Golden Eyes successfully kills a target by dealing damage further than 0, they regain 1 Wild point.
- Golden Eyes Charm: When the Golden Eyes succeeds on any Charisma check on another person, they regain 1 Wild point.
Wolf Stealth
At 2nd level, Golden Eyes gain advantage to Stealth rolls.
Danger Sense
At 2nd level, Golden Eyes gain an uncanny sense of when things nearby aren't as they should be, giving you an edge when you dodge away from danger. You have advantage on Dexterity saving throws against effects that you can see, such as traps and Spells. To gain this benefit, you can't be Blinded, Deafened, or Incapacitated.
Wolf Speak
At 5th level, Golden Eyes gains the ability to speak with wolves. They take wolf as a language.
Wolf Friend
At 7th level, Golden Eyes gain an animal companion that is a wolf.
Wolf Rage
At 9th level, In battle, Golden Eyes fight with primal ferocity. On Your Turn, you can enter a rage as a Bonus Action.
While raging, you gain the following benefits if you aren't wearing heavy armor:
• You have advantage on Strength Checks and Strength saving throws.
- When you make a melee weapon Attack using Strength, you gain a +2 bonus to the damage roll. This bonus increases as you level.
- You have Resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
If you are able to cast Spells, you can't cast them or concentrate on them while raging.
Your rage lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if you are knocked Unconscious or if Your Turn ends and you haven't attacked a hostile creature since your last turn or taken damage since then. You can also end your rage on Your Turn as a Bonus Action.
Once you have raged the maximum number of times for your Golden Eyes level, you must finish a Long Rest before you can rage again. You may rage 4 times at 9th, 5 at 12th, and 6 at 17th.
Wolf Dream Travel
At 10th level, When a Golden Eyes is a sleep and his mind enters the Dream Plane he or she can travel through the dream realm and when he or she wakes up the golden eyes will wake up in the real world in the same place you travel.
Wolf Sprint
At 13th level, Golden Eyes movement speed doubles.
Wolf Bite
At 14th level, Golden Eyes get advantage on attacks when using Hammers and/or Axes.
Reckless Attack
At 18th level, your rage can keep you fighting despite grievous wounds. If you drop to 0 hit points while you're raging and don't die outright, you can make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw. If you succeed, you drop to 1 hit point instead.
Each time you use this feature after the first, the DC increases by 5. When you finish a short or Long Rest, the DC resets to 10.
Awaking Dream
At 20th level, Golden Eyes can physically enter the Dream Plane while awake.
Archetype
Young Bull
Young Bull is a master of close combat using hammers, maul, and/or axes.
Bull Strike
At 3rd level, The Young Bull gains a +2 to attack when using hammers, mauls, and/or axes.
Bull Horns
At 6th level, The Young Bull gains a +2 to damage when using hammers, mauls, and/or axes.
Extra Attack
At 11th level, you can Attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on Your Turn.
Fighting Style
At 16th level, You adopt a particular style of fighting as your specialty. Choose a fighting style from the list of optional features. You can't take the same Fighting Style option more than once, even if you get to choose again.
- Archery
You gain a +2 bonus to Attack rolls you make with Ranged Weapons.
- Defense
While you are wearing armor, you gain a +1 bonus to AC.
- Dueling
When you are wielding a melee weapon in one hand and no other Weapons, you gain a +2 bonus to Damage Rolls with that weapon.
- Great Weapon Fighting
When you roll a 1 or 2 on a damage die for an Attack you make with a melee weapon that you are wielding with two hands, you can reroll the die and must use the new roll, even if the new roll is a 1 or a 2. The weapon must have the Two-Handed or Versatile property for you to gain this benefit.
- Protection
When a creature you can see attacks a target other than you that is within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the Attack roll. You must be wielding a Shield.
- Two-Weapon Fighting
When you engage in two-weapon fighting, you can add your ability modifier to the damage of the second Attack.
Dream Warrior
A Dream Warrior has focus on his/her dream abilities and leans more into magical side.
Speaking to the Sleep
At 3rd level, A Dream Warrior can enter anyone's dream while the Dream Warrior is asleep. They can speak the dreamer.
Summon Woodland Creature
At 6th level, A Dream Warrior gains the ability to cast the spell Summon Woodland Creatures twice between Long Rest.
Extra Attack
At 11th level, you can Attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on Your Turn.
Howl
At 16th level, when not in a town or city the Dream Warrior can let out a powerful howl twice between a short or long rest to ask for aid from the local wolves.
Multiclassing
Prerequisites. To qualify for multiclassing into the Golden Eyes class, you must meet these prerequisites: 13 Wisdom and 13 Constitution.
Proficiencies. When you multiclass into the Golden Eyes class, you gain the following proficiencies: one Golden Eyes skill of your choice.
