This ring appears to be a ring of free action and an identify spell will identify it as such. While wearing this ring anytime you agree to anything or answer yes to a question you must succeed on a DC 15 wisdom saving throw or take 1d6 psychic damage. This damage can not be lethal. You can not remove this ring unless a remove curse or similar spell is cast on the ring
