Rogue Arbiter

A Rogue Arbiter is Any Arbiter who loses favor with the prophets.

Background

The Rogue Arbiter is a powerful warrior who defies the prophets. The life span of a Rogue Arbiter is short and brutal, as they must fight the endless hunt of the Covenant. Occasionally inspiring those repressed by the Convent to fight for their basic right.

Requirements

To qualify to become a Arbiter, a character must fulfill the following criteria.

  • Special: Must be an Arbiter.

Class Information

The following information pertains to the Rogue Arbiter prestige class.

Hit Die
Arbiters gain 1d10 hit points per level. The character's Constitution modifier applies.

Action Points
Rogue Arbiter gain a number of action points equal to 4 plus one-half their character level, rounded down, every time they attain a level in this class.

Class Skills
The Rogue Arbiter's class skills are as follows:
Balance (Dex), Climb (Str), Concentration (Con), Hide (Dex), Knowledge (History), Move Silently (Dex), Navigate (Int), Profession (Wis), Repair (Int), Search (Int), Spot (Wis), and Survival (Wis).
Skill Points at Each Level: 4 + Int modifier

Class Features

Weapon (Energy Sword):The Rogue Arbiter gains a +2 damage with an Energy Sword.


Favored Enemy:The Rogue Arbiter may take one race/organization (Humans, a group of Heritics) named by the prophets as enemies every time he gains this ability. He gains a +2 bonus on any skills relating to his chosen group.
