Wig of Disguising: This item resembles an intricately woven wig of either human or horse's hair. When worn, it bestows the user a competence bonus to Disguise checks equal to the wig's enhancement bonus. The wig does not take up a head slot; when worn, one can still wear a helmet or headband.
