Glassy Eyed Mask: This unremarkable mask features deep eyes of dull glass. Three times per day, the eyes of this mask flash. Humanoid targets 4 HD or less must make a Will save DC 11 or be dazzled. A dazzled creature takes a –1 penalty on attack rolls, Search checks, and Spot checks.
