Fleeting[edit]

Upon receiving this boon, your standard movement speed is permanently increased by 10 feet. You gain this effect permanently so long as your dexterity is higher than 20: You become so fleet footed that you no longer trigger opportunity attacks from a creature that you can see if you choose not to trigger one. During your turn you can activate this boon using a reaction to receive this effect: Your attacks become faster than sound, allowing you to attack quicker than your opponents can react. You can now take the attack action as a bonus action on your turn, and all attacks with a finesse weapon have a +3 to hit while under this effect. This effect lasts for one minute, and once it ends, you gain one point of exhaustion. This effect may only be activated once per long rest
