Your talent with magic extends to enhance your prowess in martial combat. You gain the following benefits:

• You may add your spellcasting ability modifier instead of strength or dexterity to attack rolls made with weapons.
• You may add your spellcasting ability modifier to damage rolls of weapon attacks in addition to your strength or dexterity modifier.
• Your hitpoint maximum increases by an amount equal to your character level, and increases by an additional 1 each time you gain a level.
