Gokaiger

A Gokaiger is a pirate-like warrior, that seeks adventure, fame, and fortune.

Making a Gokaiger

Gokaigers are very versatile warriors, able to handle themselves well in any form combat.

Abilities: Dexterity and Charisma are a Gokaiger's most important abilities. It allows them to traverse combat and terrain, and fast talk themselves out of sticky situations.

Races: Any race can become a Gokaiger, but Humans are the most likely.

Alignment: Any.

Starting Gold: Same as Fighter.

Starting Age: Same as Fighter.

Class Features

All of the following are class features of the Gokaiger.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A Gokaiger is proficient with cutlasses, pistols, and tridents, but no armor.



Gokai Form - At 1th level, a Gokaiger can equip themselves with a special type of armor that changes their appearance and gives them a variety of bonuses. This is a Standard Action, and becomes a Free Action at 10th level. A Gokaiger gains bonus AC equal to their Dexterity Modifier, uses their Dexterity Modifier in place of their Strength Modifier when using a melee weapon, gains bonus health equal to their Charisma Modifier x 2, and gains a +1/2 levels to all saving throws. A Morpher is required to change into Gokai Form. The Morpher is acquired at 1st level. Taking damage equal to 25+% of maximum health, in a single hit, will force the Gokaiger out of Gokai Form. A Gokaiger can attempt a Will Save, DC 10 + Gokaiger Level x2, to override the Morpher's objective.

Bonus Feat - At 1st level, a Gokaiger gets a bonus combat-oriented feat in addition to the feat that any 1st-level character gets and the bonus feat granted to a human character. The Gokaiger gains an additional bonus feat at 2nd level and every two Gokaiger levels thereafter (4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, and 20th). A Gokaiger must still meet all prerequisites for a bonus feat, excluding ability score and base attack bonus minimums. These bonus feats are in addition to the feats that a character of any class gets from advancing levels.

Religion: Gokaigers tend to be free spirited, therefore most do not have a religion.

Other Classes: Gokaigers are normally friendly, and can get along well with any good oriented class.

Combat: Gokaigers can fight up close and from afar.

Advancement: Gokaigers benefit from multiclassing into Fighter.
