EMPATHY [General]

You've studied human behavior long enough to recognize their behavioral responses and know what makes them tick.
Prerequisite: Level 10, Wisdom 16, Awareness
Benefit: You can make a DC 20 Sense Motive check before making a Diplomacy, Bluff or Intimidate skill check. If successful, you gain a +4 bonus to the respective skill check. If you fail, you make the skill check at a -4 penalty.
Special: Once the decision to roll the Sense Motive check is made, the subsequent skill check must also be made regardless of Sense Motive check result.
