A no-nonsense servant of justice, Ohtello is formerly of the King's Scouts. He took the position of sheriff to get away from all the infighting in the ranks of the armed forces. Now he can enjoy nature and keep the peace in this little desert village. He has also found a bonus in trying to woo the red-headed Lady Velassa, but to no avail. When not enjoying the sunsets or singing in the shower, he trains his deputy--the eagle known as Justice.
