You gain increased mental capacity at the expense of your physical health.

Prerequisite: Telepathy

Benefit: On selecting this power, you gain a permanent +2bonus on your Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma scores. However, this power is gained at the expense of your physical health: you lose 2 points of Constitution.
