Octohulks are brawny brutes that lurk in the depths of the ocean, fearing the sun's touch and plotting their eventual domination of the oceans. They worship devils and battle alongside them whenever they can. Transformed Octofolk. Legends state that the first octohulks were octofolk that worshipped devils and warred against their kin. When they were defeated, they were cast into the deepest depths of the oceans, where after centuries of wandering, they unknowingly discovered a portal to the Nine Hells and travelled through it. There, over centuries, they were warped by infernal evil into the first octohulks. Oceanic Brutes. The touch of the Nine Hells is evident in every octohulk, and they can be found on all of its layers, though most infest the oceans of the world, where they further the malevolent ends of Asmodeus. Cephalopods become unusually aggressive when octohulks are present in an area, and a group of octohulks usually keeps one or more giant octopuses trained as war beasts. |
