Lath'Gar Mountain Troll (3.5e Race)
From D&D Wiki
Lath'Gar Mountains Trolls
Personality
Being raised off the land in the harsh frozen climate of the Lath'Gar mountains has groomed this species into relentless survivlists, hardened warriors and determined enemies.Trolls do not typically function well enough together to establish towns, cities or villages although it is not unheard of. Most however tend to travel in packs or on their own. Since survival is such a difficult task in the Lath'Gar mountains, trolls are seen fighting over land and resources almost on a daily, and so most trolls feel that safety resides in a nomadic lifestyle.
Physical Description
Lath'Gar Mountain Trolls tend to stand between 6 and 7 feet, with their women averaging between 5 and 1/2 to 6 and 1/2 feet tall. On average they weigh between 150 to 250 lbs. Lath'Gar Mountain Trolls have been seen with grey, grey-blue, or grey-green skin, although some variants have been noticed. Their eye color can span between dark blue, forest green, grey, indigo, or black. Hair colors are normal for the most part, with red being a common and white or grey being a lot less common but still often found. All Lath'Gar Mountain Trolls have tusks and horns, which come in a wide horizon of shapes and sizes. Tattoo's and piercing's are seen as a sign of toughness, and scars are seen as trophies. Living in the Lath'Gar Mountain's, a troll never knows how long they've got.
Relations
Lath'Gar Mountain Trolls have little reason to make friends due to their normal circumstances, their habbits and tendencies, so earning the trust of a Lath'Gar Troll takes time. Lath'Gar Trolls tolerate each other longer than most others might, but still dont always get along.
Alignment
Lath'Gar Mountain Trolls tend to lean more toward the chaotic alignments but still the individuals upbringing can determine any alignment.
Lands
Lath'Gar Trolls live in the Mountains of Lath'Gar, located in the country of Ysindir, but their nomadic habbits offer them a home in any lands. They prefer high mountains with low temperatures. These areas offer the trolls the most protection from their enemies, but often the least food. Due to that burden they live in small packs, inside caves or small huts.
Religion
Any.

All Lath'Gar Mountain Trolls can speak Trollian, it is their main language. Common is a second, and lesser known language, not all Lath'Gar Mountain Trolls make an effort to learn it, but most do pick it up along the way.
