Divine Ruin
9th-level Evocation
Casting time: 1 action
Range: 120 feet
Duration: Instantaneous

You channel and focus your spells towards a creature you can see within range. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw. If the creature is able to have advantage on spell saving throws, its loses that benefit against this spell. On a failed save the creature takes 10d10 radiant damage or half as much on a successful save. When you cast this spell, you may sacrifice any number of spell slots up to 3rd level to deal bonus damage equal to double the total number of spell slots sacrificed.

(example: if you sacrifice one 1st level spell slot, three 2nd spell slots, and two 3rd level spell slots, that would be 26 bonus radiant damage.)
