Athlete The goblin has undergone extensive physical training to gain the following benefits: When it is prone, standing up uses only 5 feet of its movement. Climbing doesn’t cost it extra movement. The goblin can make a running long jump or a running high jump after moving only 5 feet on foot, rather than 10 feet.

Nimble Escape. The goblin can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of its turns

Dueling Fighting Style. When the goblin is wielding a melee weapon in one hand and no other weapons, it gains a +2 bonus to damage rolls with that weapon (included in the attack).

Second Wind (Recharges on a Short or Long Rest). The goblin has a limited well of stamina that it can draw on to protect itself from harm. As a bonus action, the goblin can regain 6 (1d10 + 1) hit points.

Action Surge (Recharges on a Short or Long Rest).On the goblins turn, it can take one additional action on top of its regular action and a possible bonus action. Once it uses this feature, it must finish a short or long rest before it can use it again.

Multiattack The goblin can attack twice, instead of once, whenever it takes the Attack action on its turn.

Brute Force Whenever the goblin hits with a weapon that it's proficient with and deals damage, it has an extra 1d4 due to its illness.

Having some service under their belt, their higher-ups gave them a promotion. Those who are exceptionally strong and hardy are given a serum. This serum makes them stronger, turning their skin into straight leather, and their muscles of steel. They are hostile to anyone they haven't grown to trust and act like standoffish and paranoid. They are scared for their life, which leads to no avail when they ask why their skin dries faster and faster, and bones make hinging noises. At this stage of the infection, it is easy to cure with a Cure Disease or stronger.
