Armor (medium or heavy), rare (+1), very rare (+2), or legendary (+3)

You have a bonus to your AC while wearing this armor. The bonus to determined by its rarity.

Curse. Once you don this cursed armor, you can't doff it unless you are targeted by the remove curse spell or similar magic. While wearing the armor you have an irrational paranoia and fear of being out of this armor. This often manifests as sleeping, bathing and even going to fancy balls while still in your armor as if something is out there waiting for you to take it off and then strike you down.

Design Note: The effects of sleeping in armor can be found on page 77 of Xanathar's Guide to Everything and there are a few other detriments of being in armor such as the shocking grasp spell and Extreme Heat, as described in chapter 5 of the Dungeon Master’s Guide.
