D&D Wiki has recently been upgraded, and the old skin is too far out of date to continue with. As such there are now a lot of issues. Please collect issues that you find at this page. — Blue Dragon

The bloatfly is a giant mutated blowfly. Bloatflies attack at long range by peppering their prey with spine-bedecked larva launched from its abdomen. They tend to attack in groups, and their ability to attack from a distance can make them significantly more dangerous than radroaches.
Combat[edit]
Radiation Resistance (Ex): This creature treats an irradiated area or radiation source as two degrees weaker for the purpose of determining radiation exposure (severe becomes moderate, high becomes low, moderate becomes mild, and the creature is unaffected by low and mild degrees of exposure).
