Elf Subrace

Long ago, a city of elves was transported into the plane of ice. Many died, but those that survived gained pale, alabaster skin and light colored eyes.

Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Cold Endurance. You are resistant to cold damage.
Nature Affinity. You know one cantrip from the druid spell list. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for it.
Snow Elf Weapon Training. You are proficient with the rapier, shortsword,shortbow, and longbow.
