Immutable Form. Omega is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Innate Spellcasting. Omega’s spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell saving throw DC 22). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
at will: comprehend languages, detect magic, identify
3/day each: banishment, teleport
1/day: demiplane, plane shift

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Omega fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Omega has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. Omega’s weapons are magical.

Siege Monster. Omega deals double damage to objects and structures.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Omega makes two claw attacks or two ray attacks.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (4d6 + 7) slashing damage.

Ray. Ranged Spell Attack: +14 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (5d8) radiant damage.

Arsenal (Recharge 5-6). Omega makes one of the following attack options:

Missile Barrage. Omega launches missiles at four points within 80 feet of it that it can see. Each creature within a 20-foot radius of one of those points must make a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw, taking 28 (8d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. A creature in the area of more than one explosion is affected only once.

Flamethrower. Omega spews fire in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw, taking 56 (16d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Mustard Bomb. Omega launches a canister of poison gas at a point within 90 feet of it that it can see. Each creature within a 30-foot radius of that point must make a DC 25 Constitution saving throw, taking 56 (16d6) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
On a failed save, a creature is also poisoned for 1 hour. While poisoned in this way, a creature is also blinded. A creature can repeat this saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Wave Cannon (Recharge 6). Omega fires raw magical energy in a 90-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw, taking 91 (26d6) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

Omega can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Omega regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Detect. Omega makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Teleport. Omega magically teleports to an unoccupied space within 120 feet it can see.
Blitz. Omega makes a ray attack.

Omega is an ancient and terrifying superweapon of unimaginable power. It travels the multiverse in pursuit of a beast that destroyed its creators, seeking to become powerful enough to avenge them.

Otherworldly Automaton. It is said that Omega was created by an advanced civilization on a distant planet. This civilization was at war with another world, and Omega was meant to be their trump card. Before they could deploy their superweapon, however, the enemy’s champion—a terrible dragon—descended upon their world and laid waste to their civilization. The last survivors of the civilization then activated Omega, commanding it to avenge them by destroying the dragon. The dragon fled into the depths of space, and Omega has pursued it ever since.

Magical Technology. Omega is a hybrid of powerful magic and impossibly sophisticated science. Its beetle-like frame houses an arsenal of deadly weapons, and it fabricates ammunition for these weapons out of thin air. Its power supply is self-sustaining, and it can remain functional for centuries if not millennia at a time. If Omega becomes critically damaged, it can enter an inert state where it leeches magical energy from the surrounding environment, gradually repairing itself over hundreds of years.

Artificial Intelligence. Omega is no mere golem. It is highly intelligent and self-aware, capable of learning, abstract thought, and formulating hypotheses. It can swiftly comprehend any language it is exposed to, letting it communicate with other intelligent beings. While it remains bound by its programming, it can formulate complex, long-term plans on how to fulfill that programming.

Self-Guided Evolution. Omega has faced its draconic nemesis once before, and lost. To ensure that it does not lose the rematch, it seeks out monsters and beings of comparable power to the dragon, battles them, and then makes modifications to its systems and weaponry based on the battle’s results. If no monsters are to be found, Omega will seek out humanoid heroes with a reputation for monster-slaying and attack them instead.

Cold Calculus. Omega is a soulless machine. It does not value organic life except as a means to fulfill its programming, and cares little for the collateral damage caused by its battles. In fact, it will coerce notorious adventurers into battling it by threatening to destroy cities and kingdoms if they refuse. Its single-minded pursuit of its goals makes it a threat to any world it visits.
