Does Flying have levels of Maneuverability in 5e? It did in 3.5e, but does it in 5e? --95.71.103.175 10:34, 13 December 2024 (UTC)

No. They enormously simplified it so practically none of the movement restrictions in the "Moving in Three Dimensions" section of the page you linked exist in 5e.
