Any psionic creature struck in combat by this weapon loses a number of power points equal to the points of damage dealt. A creature that is out of power points, or a psionic creature that freely manifests its powers, must succeed at a Will save (DC 17) or take 1d2 points of temporary Wisdom damage.

Manifester Level: 14; Prerequisites: Craft Psionic Arms and Armor, disarm mind; Market Price: +2 bonus.
