Clairaudience/clairvoyance enables the manifester to concentrate upon some locale and hear or see (manifester's choice) almost as if he or she were there. Distance is not a factor, but the locale must be knowna place familiar to the manifester or an obvious one. The power does not allow psionically enhanced senses to work through it. If the chosen locale is magically or psionically dark, the manifester sees nothing. If it is naturally pitch black, the manifester can see in a 10-foot radius around the center of the power's effect. Lead sheeting, magical protection or psionic protection blocks the power, and the manifester senses that the power is so blocked. The power creates an invisible sensor that can be dispelled or negated. The power functions only on the manifester's current plane of existence.
