Gracefully Strikes is just overpowered because it lets you increase your damage. With the option of taking the cosmic elf for a Dexterity-based character, why choose any other race? Besides, elves already get a bonus to their Dexterity. SirSprinkles (talk) 20:14, 21 March 2018 (MDT)
