- Martial Artist (Dragon Ball Supplement) 01:55 +453 Midalos talk contribs (just something to avoid the Speedster Path have millions of moviment speed, as the increase by DEX + 1/4 per stage will result in 520fts of movement (that's alot...lol), While UI that is most DEX related, will reach 390fts, the Speedster still have the edge and it's by a good amount still, but not as before that he could just outspeed everyone just by using 1/4 of it's base moviment speed. Still... having this amount of Moviment Speed, still feels nearly OP, as you can snipe anyone with ki blast)
