Physical Description[edit]
A lamia or naga is a creature very similar to a human, but instead of having legs, it has a snake's tail. It has some scarlet scales covering certain parts of the body, it has bright yellow eyes, sharper canines like a snake and very sharp claws that are hidden in its hands. They also tend to be the altered offspring of human beings and, therefore, average 1 to 2 meters in height when they are "standing". From the nose to the tail, they are approximately 4 - 7 meters long.

History[edit]
Born long before people like the yuan-ti, the naga were Zehir's original ancestors. They were cunning, quick, secretive and lived long enough to give their god many years. Throughout the plague of spells, they were loyal servants, their prowess and strength became the aspirations of the now yuan-ti. This image would be his later view of perfection, as the nagas themselves would soon be pulled from their creator, as Zehir became more hungry for his need for power.
Society[edit]
Like other humanoids, nagas have formed modern societies in their own kingdoms as well as being loyal subjects to other countries. This modernization mixed with their long lifetimes has allowed for more spiritual and intellectual pursuits, serving as protectors and guardians of treasures; both material riches and spiritual wealth. Others form more artistic drives, as Naga fashionistas and artisans are valued contributors to multiple cultures, experience allowing for deepened expressions and meaning behind their work.

Naga Traits[edit]
A proud race, their species varied by the environments they had taken residence to in the centuries following the birth of their kind.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 2 and your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Age. These creatures have longevity if not killed, living as long as 500 years.
Alignment. Naga are usually chaotic in nature with their changed minds.
Size. Nagas are usually almost 1-2 meters tall, counting to the tip of the tail they tend to be 4 to 7 meters or 12 - 18 ft. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 40 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Snake Sense. You are Proficiency in the Perception skill.
Bite. Your jaws can rip all flesh apart. Your mouth, willed with pointed teeth, is a natural weapon, which you can use to make unarmed strikes. If you hit with it, you deal piercing damage equal to 1d6 + your Dexterity modifier, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.When you make a successful attack roll against a creature within 10 feet, as a bonus action, you can strike that creature, forcing them to make a Constitution saving throw or become poisoned for 1 minute. The DC for this saving throw is equal to 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. You regain use of this ability after you complete a short or long rest.
Constrict. You can abdicate your attack action to try to constrict a creature with its long tail. You make an attack roll with a bonus equal to your Dexterity + your proficiency modifier against the target's armor class. If you are successful, the target is grappled. You can have only one creature grappled at a time. While the target is grappled, you can use your attack action to squeeze the target, dealing 1d6 bludgeoning damage. This damage increases to 2d6 at 6th level, 3d8 at 11th level, and 4d6 at 16th level. While grabbing, you are not incapacitated, because what constricts the target is your long tail, but you cannot move. The target can use the action on his turn to try to evade your tail performing an Acrobatics (Dexterity) or Athletics (Strength) save against the DC defined by 8 + your proficiency bonus + your dexterity modifier. If he passes the save, he is free. Otherwise, it remains grappled.
Slither. Your serpentine build makes you difficult to grab. When a creature makes a Strength (Athletics) check to grapple you, they have disadvantage on their check.
Speed Burst. Lowering your body against the floor and using your arms for momentum, you can move faster for a while. As a bonus action on your shift, if you have both hands free, you can increase your walking speed by 1.5m until the end of your shift.
Poison Immunity. You are immune to poison damage and cannot be poisoned.
Poison Affinity. You acquire proficiency with a poison kit.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common, Naga and Draconic.
