Legendary Resistance (3/day). If Genlawer fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Nondetection. Genlawer can not be detected by divination magic.

Warp. If a traced target is more than 1000 feet away from Genlawer or is on another plane, Genlawer can teleport, provided there is space to do so, to a space up to 200 feet away from it.

Regeneration. At the end of every turn, Genlawer regains 20 hitpoints.

Otherworldly Force. Attacks from Genlawer ignore resistance and treat immunity as resistance.

Unnatural Visage. At the start of every round each creature within 120 feet of Genlawer and aware of it must succeed on a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw or take 3d6 psychic damage. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to Unnatural Visage for the next 24 hours.

Immutable Form. Genlawer is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Greater Magic Resistance. Genlawer has a +5 to saving throws against effects caused by magic.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Genlawer chooses 1 of the following.

-A Shriek attack, followed by either a Stab or Sweep attack.

-3 Tendril attacks

Breath Weapon (Recharge 5-6). Genlawer makes one of its three breath attacks

Disjunctive Breath. Genlawer breathes a stream of antimagic in a 60 ft cone. Each creature in that area makes a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking 30 (5d10) acid damage on failure and half on success. Creatures that take damage from this attack gains the effects of Antimagic Field on it for 1 minute.

Inhale. All creatures in a 50 ft cone in front of it must succeed a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be pulled 20 ft closer to Genlawer, if a creature is pulled into Genlawer's space, it is swallowed.

Bleeder Breath. Genlawer launches a swarm of Sharp Bleeders in a 50 ft cone. +7 to hit, multiple targets. Hit: 20 (8d4 + 8) slashing damage. Summons a Bleeder Swarm 20 ft in front of it.

Stab. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (4d6 + 9) piercing damage.

Sweep. Every creature in a 20 ft cone in front of Genlawer must succeed a DC 24 Dexterity saving throw or take (3d8 + 9) bludgeoning damage and be knocked back 25 ft.

Tendrils. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (1d8 + 7) piercing damage.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +16 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (3d8 + 9) slashing damage. If Genlawer rolls a 20 on the attack roll, it cuts off one of the creature's heads. The creature dies if it can't survive without the lost head. A creature is immune to this effect if it is immune to slashing damage, doesn't have or need a head or the GM decides that the creature is too big for its head to be cut off with this weapon. Such a creature instead takes an extra 6d8 slashing damage from the hit.

Shriek. Each creature in a 120 ft radius must make a DC 25 Constitution saving throw, taking 22 (3d10 + 10) thunder damage and half on a success. Once Genlawer uses this attack it can't use it the next round.

Swallow. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: The target is swallowed. While swallowed, the creature is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside Genlawer, and it takes 40 (10d6) necrotic damage at the start of each of Genlawer’s turns.

If Genlawer takes 60 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, Genlawer must succeed on a DC 20 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, which fall prone in a space within 10 feet of Genlawer. If Genlawer dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse by using 30 feet of movement, exiting prone.

Mucus. Genlawer releases Mucous in a 20 ft cone behind it. Every creature in that cone must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 8 (2d6) bludgeoning damage and be restrained. As an action, a restrained target can make a DC 15 Strength check, breaking free of the mucus on a success. For 1 minute the affected area becomes difficult terrain.

BONUS ACTIONS

Aggressive. Genlawer moves up to its speed toward a hostile creature that it can see.

REACTIONS

Bleeder Blood (Recharge 6). If Genlawer takes slashing or piercing damage. It can summon one Bleeder Swarm.

Hinderance. When a creature makes an attack roll or saving throw within 200 feet of Genlawer, Genlawer can impose disadvantage on that roll.

LEGENDARY ACTIONS

An entity of hunger and endless growth. Genlawer seeks nothing more than to consume all that falls into its path. Striking and gnashing with an almost animalistic rage, such a creature can not be communicated with, much less reasoned with.

Genlawer's arrival is signified by a rain of dust that causes those that the dust falls on to develop crippling tumours and a violent insatiable hunger. Most die from this, those that survive manifest into Genlawer spawn, these spawn congregate to one predetermined place, where they fight and consume one another, with the survivor growing into the aspect of Genlawer.
