Spontaneous spell casters will indicate how many spells that are known total in the class description themselves. This will allow an individual that ability to be more flexible.
For all prepared spell casters in the world of Graatel the requirement of preparing spells is in affect, however only the base cost of the spell is considered in use. For example if you wanted to use a magic missile (2 sp 1d4+CL(max 5)) you have to tie up 2 spell points to have it memorized. However any unspent points can be used to augment the spell and remain in reserve until used. (i.e. a 5th level wizard prepares magic missile for 2 sp. Upon casting the wizard wants to deal 3d4 (2 sp per d4 as outlined in the Arcane spell chart) he simply ticks off the spell itself and 4 points from his reserve).
School Specialization[edit]
School specialization in Graatel gives a +1 CL bonus to the school chosen at the cost of barring the inverse schools spells from your spell list. All arcance casters can specialize, with the same restrictions as listed above.
