Good Shot, Mate
Professionals have standards. Yours is your respect for others in your profession.
Benefit: When an ally within 5 feet of you, that you can see, kills an enemy with a ranged attack, you gain a +1 bonus to ranged attacks until the end of your next turn.
Drawback: You were never good with melee, and whenever an ally within 10 feet of you that can see melee kills an enemy, you are reminded of this, weakening your self-esteem and giving you a -1 to all attack rolls until the end of your next turn.
Special: These bonuses and penalties can not be gained more than once per round.
Roleplaying Ideas: You used to compete in archery competitions with your friends, cheering each other on and having a good time. But you suck at melee combat and are reminded of this every time you see someone succeed at it, making you feel disappointed about yourself.
