Skills Perception +4, Stealth +5 Extreme Reach. The elasmosaurus can make melee attacks and grapple creatures up to 20 feet away. It does not provoke opportunity attacks from creatures it attacks with its reach unless it leaves their melee range. ACTIONSMultiattack. The elasmosaurus makes snapping bite two attacks Snapping Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (4d10 + 4) piercing damage. Neck Wrap (Recharge 5–6). The elasmosaurus coils its neck around a Large or smaller creature within 15 feet. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be grappled (escape DC 16) and restrained. While restrained in this way, the target takes 10 (2d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage at the start of each of its turns. Thrash. The elasmosaurus violently swings its neck and tail. Each creature within 10 feet of it must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 13 (3d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
