ACTIONS

Multiattack. The unmaker makes two attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d8 + 2) piercing damage.

Unmake Ray. Ranged Spell Attack: +3 to hit, range 20 ft., one creature. Hit: 13 (3d8) force damage. If the unmake ray brings the target to 0 hit points, it ceases to exist. the only way to bring back a creature destroyed in this way is through the use of a wish spell or divine intervention.

Unmakers exist beyond the barriers of existence, serving no purpose and contently floating around in an eternal nothingness. The only way any normal being could encounter an Unmaker would be to accidentally bring one into the realm of existence in the process of travelling into the Ethereal or Astral Planes.

Unmake Ray. Unmakers have the ability to fire rays of silver energy from any orifice on their body, which causes the individual's existence becomes unstable. If the target is not durable enough it will break into the basic materials of space-time, causing them to fade from existence slowly.

Inconsistent Form. Unmakers can have any variety of horrific shapes, from a dark crimson amorphous tangle of flesh, covered in eyes and hundreds of minuscule tendrils, to a bright blue asymmetrical humanoid, with one nine-fingered hand, adorned by a lamprey-like mouth in the palm.
