Selfish pyromaniacs from the Elemental Plane of Magma, a magmorte cares only to burn things. They have hulking bodies made from magma and stone, all in a thin stony shell that forms a vaguely humanoid shape, but with arms that are out of proportion with the rest of its body and a vast mouth full of jagged, stony teeth. A magmorte loves watching fire, and thinks nothing of the destruction that it causes. They often serve powerful beings of fire, such as dragons or efreet, and in turn demand the services of lesser beings of fire, like magma mephits and fire elementals. Magmorte don't mind being forced into servitude, as long as they can indulge their pyromania. Otherwise, they take every opportunity to twist orders, usually in ways involving copious amounts of fire, and complain loudly and often. Elemental Nature. A magmorte doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep. |
