"Tongue" is the title sometimes bestowed upon a bullywug who performs the sacred rites of the bullywug god, Ramenos, and receives divine favor as a result. Even among bullywugs, Ramenos is not highly revered. Many bullywugs believe their god is dead, and the existing tongues only draw upon powers that yet reside within his unholy corpse. Consequently, tongues are not highly respected in their society, despite wielding magic. |
