Eyes of Charming

These two crystal lenses fit over the users eyes. The wearer is able to charm person (one target per round) merely by meeting a targets gaze. Those failing a Will saving throw (DC 16) are charmed as per the spell. If the wearer has only one lens, the DC of the saving throw is reduced to 10.
